Moon Observatory
The Moon remains in its assigned position. Our antenna remains an upside-down metal bowl. The signal remains encouraging.
Current readings
Current Readings
Values move slightly within a reasonable but scientifically unsupported range. Do not use them to navigate rockets or schedule lunch.
Sample too small; researchers refuse to quit
Includes every possibility and one cardboard rocket
Could occasionally be the neighbor's Wi-Fi
※ Values are simulated for entertainment and refresh slightly every 8 seconds. The real Moon declined to comment.
Tonight's phase
Suitable for looking. Not yet for landing.
Observer's note: thin clouds, steady moonlight, and one research dog insists the Moon just blinked. The claim has not passed peer review.
Observer log
Today's Observation Log
All entries were made by the night observer. Illegible sections usually mean he fell asleep.
Moon appeared. Highly similar to yesterday's; provisionally classified as the same Moon.
Bright reflection detected. Not cheese—the observatory window needs cleaning.
Three short signals received. Later traced to a researcher's tail hitting the telegraph key.
Cardboard rocket completed wind-tunnel testing. Wind supplied by desk fan. Results: Very promising.
Moon remains. Team unanimously agrees to rest and confirm again tomorrow.
